lands as hereafter particularly discribed for the Sum of
Thirty eight dollars that being the highest sum bid for the
Same and he being the bidder thereof And whereas the
Said Sale has been approved of ratified and confirmed
by an order of the Said Probate Court this day made and
I the Said R.F. Taylor as Such commissioner thereby author
-ized and instructed to execute deeds in conformity to
Said Sale  Now therefore Know all men by these pres
-ents that I R.F. Taylor as Such commissioner as aforesaid 
for and in consideration of the Said Sum of Thirty
Eight dollars to me cash in hand paid by the Said
J.A. Carlisle have granted bargained, Sold and convey
-ed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto him the Said J.A. Carlisle the following
discribed lands Sold as aforesaid for payment of
the debts of the Estate of James B. Bailey decd to wit=
All that certain fractional part or portion of the South
half of section Five (5) Township Ten (10) South Range
Twenty (20) East lying south west of the Town of
Gainesville in Alachua County Florida commen
-cing at the South West corner of the lot in said
Town of Gainesville now owned by Mrs. A.E. Taylor
then west Three hundred and nineteen (319) feet
thence north Four hundred and twenty (420) feet then
thence East Three hundred and nineteen (319) feet
Then South Four hundred and twenty (420) feet to the
place of beginning containing Three 16/100 acres of land
more or less. To Have and to hold the same to him
The Said J.A. Carlisle his heirs & executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple forever
