County State of Florida comencing Twenty feet South
of a Stake which is Sixty two (62) feet west of the South
East corner of the Lot or parcel of land in the Town of
Gainesville Florida now owned according to the Records
of Alachua County by F.X. Miller and which lies South of
the Lot in Gainesville now owned by A.E. Taylor then
from Said point of commencement, West Four hundred
(400) feet thence South Two hundred (200) feet thence East
Four hundred (400) feet thence North Two hundred (200) feet
to the place of beginning containing by measurement Two
(2) acres of land more or less - To Have and to Hold the
Same the Said H.P. Langley his heir Executors admin
istrators and assigns in fee simple forever
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal as such Commissioner as aforesaid on the 12th
day of May AD 1875 the interliniation in last line of second
page above being maid before signing
