Alachua County   } Whereas I R.F. Taylor was by an order of 
the Probate Court for Alachua County Florida duly made
and rendered on the First day of April AD 1875 nominat
=ted authorized and appointed a Commissioner to
carry on and make a sale of the lands as hereafter
discribed belonging to the estate of James B. Bailey
deceased for the payment of the debts of said
Estate and whereas I did as such Commissioner
under and by virtue of Said order of Court duly
advertise the Said lands as hereafter described for
sale in pursuance of Said order of Court on
Monday the Third day of May AD 1875 and did
on said 3rd day of May AD 1875 sell the same at
