      This Indenture made and entered into on this the twenty-
second day of April, Anno Domini, Eighteen hundred and seventy-
three, between John S. Riggs of the city of Charleston and state of
South Carolina and Ruth Ann Riggs, his wife, parties of the first part,
and Henry E. Dotterer of the city of Fernandina, State of Florida,
party of the second part, Witnesseth:-
                                     That the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of Four hundred dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hath given, granted, aliened, bargained sold, trans-
ferred; and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer
and convey unto the said party of the second part, all those certain
tracts or parcels of land, lying and being in the county of Alachua
and State of Florida, and better known on the public map and 
records of said state as lots numbered one ~1~ two ~2~ three ~3~ four
~4~ and six ~6~ of Section one ~1~ in Township nine south ~9S.~
of Range twenty-east ~20E~ containing one hundred and ninety
two ~192 62/100~ acres more or less. And in township nine south ~
