To all to whom these presents shall come Greeting
Whereas at a sale of lands by Louis A. Barnes Col-
lector of Revenue of the county of Alachua at public auction at
Gainesville in said County of Alachua on the 4th day May
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy four for the nonpayment of the taxes levied and assessed
thereon for the year one thousand eight hundred & seventy three
and which remained due & unpaid on said day of sale the
following described piece or parcels namely; - the E1/2 of NE1/4 &
SW1/4 of NE1/4 of section one (1) Township (8) Eight Range Eighteen (18)
and the N1/2 of the NW1/4 of SW1/4 of section 6 Township 8 Range 19
assessed as the property of Mrs. H.E. Wilson in Alachua
County sold to Mrs. H.E. Wilson who was the best bidder
therefor for the sum of seventeen Dollars and forty four
cents which sum was the whole amount of Taxes due and un-
paid on said parcels of land for the years aforesaid together with
the interest and costs due therewith and the charges of such sale
and has been paid by the said H.E. Wilson to the said
Louis A. Barnes Collector of Revenue aforesaid
Now therefore know all men by these presents that the
State of Florida in consideration of the sum of Money aforesaid
and the premises and in conformity unto law hath and
doth hereby give grant & convey the parcels of land above
described together with the hereditaments and appur
tenances unto the said H.E. Wilson and to her heirs and
assigns to their sole use and behoof forever. |
