            deed pursuant to and in virtue of the author-

Alachua County   } Whereas I William H. Bracy of
Gainesville in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida being Entirely free of all debt and encom
brance of any Kind whatever and not owing any
man a cent and being disirous of Sittling a
competency upon my wife hereinafter made during
my life time and freely providing for her man
tainance and Support and being disirous further
further of fully sittling all my affairs during life
Now Therefore Known all men by these presence
that I William H. Bracy for and in consideration
of one dollar to me in hand paid and for and in
consideration of the natural love and affection which
I have for my wife Elizabeth A. Bracy have given
granted aliened remised and released, and
by these presents do hereby give grant alien
remise and release unto her the Said Elizabeth
A. Bracy all the following discribed real and
personal property to Wit = All that certain Lot
piece or parcel of land together with all and sin
-gular the buildings tereunto herditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining lying being and situated in the Town
of Gainesville in the county of Alachua in the
State of Florida Known and discribed as
the East half of Lot number Twenty (20) of Brushes
