addition to Gainesville as discribed upon a plat of the
Same filed with the clerk of the Said county of Alachua
measuring from North to South Two hundred (200) feet and
from East to West Two hundred (200) feet and in the Same
Lot upon which I the Said W.H. Bracy now reside with
my family, also all the personal property of whatsoever
Kind discription species or character which I now
have in possession or now own wherever and in what
-soever amount the same may be also all that certain
Farm Lot piece or parcel of land with the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances hereditaments and
appertaining to the same belonging being and Situated
in the State of Virginia in the United States of
America in the County or Mecklenburg Parham's Creek
about two miles from St. Tammany's Ferry on Roanoke
River, bounded on the North by Andrew Jacksons
plantation or farm on the East by A.H. Bracys farm
on the South by P. Bracys farm on the west by
W. Jones farm containing in all Two hundred acres
of land more or less. To Have and to Hold the Same to
her the Said Elizabeth A. Bracy her heirs Executors 
administrators and assigns in fee simple
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this 15th day of May AD 1875

foregoing deed of conveyance for the use and 
purpose as therein contained and expressed
