Alachua County  } this ninth day of November 1874
Between William E. Stroble party of the first part
and William C. Beckham party of the Second part
of the County and State aforesaid  Witnesseth
   That the Said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of one Hundred dollars
paid to him the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge
-edged hath given granted aliend bargained sold
transfered and do by these presents give grant alien
bargain sell transfer and convey unto the Said
William C. Beckham party of the Second part all
my right title and interest in Said land here
after discribed in the Town of Waldow and Known
as Lot number one No 1 of Block number Twelve
No 12 in the Town of Waldow County and State afore
