This Indenture made and entered into between
John L. Barton by D.W.L. Barton his attorney in fact
and Annie L. Barton parties of the first part
and Martain Peterman party of the second part
all of Alachua County Florida Witnesseth that for
and in consideration of the Sum of two hun
-dred and fifty Dollars ($250) to the parties of 
the first part in hand paid the receipt where
-of is hereby acknowledged hath given granted
sold and conveyed unto the Said party of the

together with all and Singular the appurtenan
