  This Indenture made the               day of
October in the year one thousand eight hundred
and seventy two: Between Charles H. Davis and Nancy
~His wife~ parties of the first part both of the city
of Brooklyn, state of New York, and J. Wesley Webber, of
the second part of the city of New York, state of New York,
of the second part: Witnesseth, That the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of ($10,000.) Ten thousand dollars, lawful money of 
the United States of America to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained sold, aliened, re-
leased, remised conveyed and confirmed, and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns, forever, All that certain
piece or parcel of land situate and lying and being in
the county of Alachua and state of Florida and which is
known and described as follows to wit: Lots Numbered
one ~1~ two ~2~ three ~3~ and four ~4~ in block no.
~5~ five Range two ~2~ in the town of Newnansville in
the county of Alachua aforesaid: Also the south half
of Lot number four ~4~ in Block three ~3~ Range no. one
~1~ in said town of Newnansville which is bounded and
described as follows: to wit:- Beginning at the north-
east corner of said lot number 5 five and running
thence due south forty-two feet ~42 ft.~ and thence
due east one hundred and five ~105~ feet to the point
or place of beginning, Containing four thousand four
hundred and ten feet 4410- ft.
