9S~ of Range seventeen east ~17E.~ the whole of section
seven ~7~ seventeeen ~17~ and twenty-nine ~29~ containing to-
gether nineteen hundred and twelve ~1912 32/100~ acres more
or less. And in the town of Waldo in said county and state
Lots numbered three and four ~3 and 4~ in Block number
eight ~8~ and also the whole of fractional block number twenty-
five ~25~.
          And in the town of Archer, in the county and state
aforesaid, Lot numbered one ~1~ in Block number six ~6~
also in the county of Levy state aforesaid, the south-west
quarter of the Northwest quarter and the whole of the south-
east quarter of Section seven ~s7~ in Township eleven south ~
T.11S~ of Range sixteen east ~R.16E.~ containing one hundred
and ninety-eight ~198 78/100~ acres more or less.
              To have and to hold, the above described property
premises, together with all and singular, the rights, privileges, im-
munities, easements and appurtenances, thereunto belonging, or
in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs as their absolute property in fee simple forever.
              In testimony whereof, the said parties of the
first part have hereunto affixed their hands and seals, this
the day and year above written.

State of South Carolina} Be it known that before me V.J. Tobias,
a commissioner for the state of Florida personally appeared John
S. Riggs and Ruth Ann Riggs on this twenty-second day of April
A.D. 1873, who severally acknowledged that they executed the fore-
going deed: And I further certify that the said Ruth Ann Riggs
who is known to me to be the wife of John S. Riggs, being at the time
separate and apart from her said husband did acknowledge under her
hand and seal that she executed the foregoing deed of conveyance to
H.E. Dotterer and that she joined in the said deed for the purpose
of relinquishing and renouncing all dower or right of dower in and
to the premises described therein, and that the said relinquishment and
renunciation of dower was and is made fully and voluntarily and
without any compulsion or constraint apprehension of or fear of,
or from her husband the said John S. Riggs.
