Alachua County } Whereas George H. Miller Executor of John
L. Young has given us the benefit in the settlement of our
notes for the purchase money of the within described lands
to wit as parcel of lands situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida known and de-
scribed as follows, being a part of what is known as the
Arrodonda Grant known as a part of section 17 & 18 in
Township ten south Range nineteen East & lying in the
North East corner of a certain one thousand acre tract
of lands granted to Thomas Napier deceased & which is rep-
resented upon the maps of the said Arrodonda Grant as
overlapping a certain one thousand acre tract of land
granted to D.L. Clinch & containing one hundred & fourteen
& 80/100 acres of land more or less. Now therefore know all
men by these presents that we Thomas C. Ellis admr of
Stephen F. Howard and William A. Colclough sole heir
of W.P. Colclough his son decd in consideration of the
premises & for one Dollar to us paid do hereby grant & convey
unto the said George H. Miller as Executor of John L. Young all |
