Thomas C. Ellis and W.A. Colclough for the uses &
purposes therein contained and expressed and that
he together with W.H. Belton signed the same as witnesses

Know all men by these presents that I, William C. Bell
of the County of Alachua & State of Florida for & in consideration of
the sum of ($20.00) Twenty Dollars to me paid by Mrs. Catherine
Gay of the County & State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged do hereby grant bargain & convey unto the said
Catherine Gay her heirs & assigns all that tract or parcel of land
situated in the County of Alachua & State of Florida & described
as follows; Lots no one in section no ten in Township no nine
of Range twenty two containing six 11/100 acres To have & to hold the
foresaid granted premises unto the said Catherine Gay to her heirs
& assigns forever to their own use & behoof forever - And by these
presents do warrant & defend the same premises unto the said
Catherine Gay her heirs & assigns forever against the lawful
claims & demands of all persons. In witness whereof I William C.
Bell together with Mary V. Bell who hereby relinquishes her right
of Dower in the premises have hereunto set our hands & seals, this 16th day of April 1875
