his wife who severally acknowledged that they signed
the foregoing Deed for the purposes therein contained And
the said Martha E. Beckham being examined separate
& apart from her said husband declares that she
signed the same freely and voluntarily & without fear

& Blocks six & seven in Range seven situated in the town
of Gainesville Florida as described upon the maps of said town
