The Sum of Two Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at and
before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged the Said party of the first part has given
granted bargained sold & conveyed & by these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part

dose so give grant bargain sold & conveyed & by these presents dose so
give grant bargain sell and convey to the Said party of the second
part the following mentioned and described parcel of land to wit

twenty situated in the County and State aforesaid and con

    To Have and to Hold the afore mentioned and described plan

forever And these presents are upon the express condition that at
the decease of the Said party of her body Share and Share alike and

Shall belong to the heirs of the Second part Should die leving no
heirs of her body then the premises aforesaid to return to the party
of the first of the part his heirs or assigns
