State of Florida} Whereas by an order of the Circuit Court
Alachua County  } for Alachua County 5th Judicial Circuit of
Florida, made and rendered on the 4th day of June AD 1875
I R.F. Taylor as Surviving Admr of the Estate of George
Savage decd was duly authorized and empowered to sell
and convey at private Sale for the Sum of Two hundred
dollars the undivided half interest of Stella Savage
and John Savage minor heirs at Law of George Savage
deceased in the property hereinafter described and
whereas George K. Broome has paid said Sum of Two
hundred dollars for the Same, Now therefore Know all
men by these presents that I R.F. Taylor as such afore
Said surviving Administrator of the Estate of George
Savage decd under and by virtue of Said order of
court made as aforesaid on the 4th day of June AD 1875
and for and in consideration of Said sum of Two
hundred dollars to me as Such Administrator
cash in hand paid by George K. Broome the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
Sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell and convey unto him the Said George
K. Broome the undivided one half interest of the
Said Stella Savage and John Savage as heirs at Law
of Said George Savage decd and all the interest
of Said Estate of George Savage decd of in and to
all that certain piece or parcel of land situated
in the Town of Gainesville Alachua County Florida
Known as Lot Two (2) Block Four (4) Range Three (3)
containing sixty feet front with a depth of one
hundred and ninety seven feet together with all
and Singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining.
            To Have and to Hold the same to him
the said George K. Broome his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee Simple forever
