Alachua County  } E. Haile Jr. who being duly Sworn
Says that he Saw R.F. Taylor as Suriving Admr of the
Estate of Geo Savage decd Sign Seal and deliver the
foregoing deed of conveyance for the use and purposes
as therein contained and expressed and that he
together with D.H. Carn Signed the Same as
Subscribing Witnesses thereto}

State of Florida} Whereas I E. Carengton F. Sanchez as Com-
Alachua County  } missioner was by an order of the Probate
Court in and for Alachua County Florida made and
rendered on the 8th day of January AD 1875 duly and legal
-ly authorized and empowered to sell the real estate of
Levinia Beville deceased for division of Said Estate
amoung the heirs thereof and whereas one and legal
publication of the time and place of Said sale was
made pursuant to law and in accordance with Said
order and whereas I did on the 3rd day of May AD 1875
as Such Commissioner Sell the Said land as hereafter
discribed at public auction before the Court House door
in the town of Gainesville Florida pursuant to Said
publication and ordered and whereas Sarah B. Cullen
became the purchaser of Said land at Said public
Sale for the sum of Fifty Dollars he being the 
highest bidder therefor and that being the highest
Sum bid for the Same and whereas the said sale
has been confirmed by an order and decree of the
Probate Court in and for Alachua County Florida made
and rendered on the 6th day of May AD 1875 and I a Commis-
-Sioner thereby authorized and required to make a title
deed to her the Said Sarah B. Cullen to the land hereatfer
described.  Now therefore Know all men by these presents
that I E. Carengton F. Sanchez as Commissioner as aforesaid for
and in consideration of the Sum of Fifty Dollars to me
in hand paid at and before the ensealing and
deliver of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
