acknowledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
  by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto
  her the said Sarah B. Cullen in the County of Alachua and
  State of Florida the following described real estate the
  the same being the land sold to him at Said sale aforesaid
  to wit:  Block no (4) four being two hundred feet square boun
  =ded South by A.H. Lenard Gin House Lot East by Mrs Snells
  Lot North by the Banks Lot West by Ropers lot containing
  one acre more or less ~
  To have and to hold the Same together with the tenements
  hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
  or in any wise appertaining to her the Said Sarah B.
  Cullen her heirs executors adminstrators and assigns
  in fee Simple forever XXXX

  Probate Court in and for Alachua County Florida
  made and rendered on the 8th day of January AD 1875
  duly and legally authorized and empowered to Sell
  the real estate of Levenia Beville deceased for
  division of said estate amoung the heirs thereof
  and whereas due and legal publication of the time
  and place of Said Sale was made pursuant to
  law and in accordance with Said order and
  whereas I did on the 3rd day of May AD 1875 as Such
  Commissioner sell the Said land as hereafter
