described at publick auction before the Court House door
in the town of Gainesville Florida pursuant to Said pub-
lication and order and whereas Henrietta R. Bevill became
the purchaser of Said land at Said public sale for the Sum
of Seventy five Dollars he being the highest sum bid
for the Same and whereas the Said Sale has been con
=firmed by an order decree of the Probate Court in and
for Alachua County Florida made and rendered on the 6th day
of May AD 1875 and I as Commissioner thereby authorized and
required to make a title Deed to her the Said Henrietta R. Beville
to the land hereafter described
Now therefore Know all men by these presents that I E.
Carington F. Sanchez as Commissioner as aforesaid for
and in consideration of the Said Sum of Seventy five Dollars
to me in hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained Sold and conveyed and by these
presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto
her the Said Henrietta R. Beville in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida the following described real Estate the
Same being the land sold to him at Said Sale aforesaid
to wit: commencing of Mrs Snells Lot running north
two hundred feet thence East two hundred feet South
two hundred feet thence west two hundred feet to the place
of commencement containing one (1) acre more or less
To have and to hold the same together with the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
to him the Said Henrietta R. Beville her heirs ex
ecutors administrators and assigns forever
   In witness whereof I E. Carington F. Sanchez as
Commissioner as aforesaid have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal this the 6th day of May
AD 1875.
