This Indenture made this 15th day of June in the 
year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and
Seventy five between Sidney Bryan of the Town of
Waldo, County of Alachua & State of Florida of the first
part, and Ella F. Bryan of the Town of Waldo and
County and State aforesaid of the Second part.
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars
lawful money of the United States to her in hand
paid by the party of the second part, at & before the
sealing & delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised released
sold and convyed and by these presents do remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party 
of the second part in trust and for the mutual benefit
of Martha E. Boulware Mary F. Cheves Bill L. Bryant and
Sallie P. Bryant their heirs and assigns forever that
certain piece parcel or tract of land lying & being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and better known on the public maps of Said State
of Florida as the (NE1/4) of the South West quarter (SW1/4)
of the North East quarter (NE1/4) of Section twenty three (23)
Township Eight (T8) South Range twenty one (21)
East containing ten (10) acres more or less together
with all the improvements ways easements rights
privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining and all the remain
=ders reversions rents issues and profits thereof
whatsoever wheather at law or in equity of said
party of the first part of in and to the said piece
or parcel of land and premisses. To have and
to hold the same unto the said party of the second
part in trust as aforesaid of Marth E. Boulware
Mary F. Cheves Bill L. Bryant and Sallie P. Bryant
their heirs and assigns forever. In witness
