Know all men by these presents that I John W. Price of the
County of Marion and State of Florida in consideration
                    Hundred
of the Sum of Sixteen^Dollars to me in hand paid by
L.A.R. Crumpton of the County of Alachua and State afore
=Said The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Do
by these presen bargain bargain grant sell and
convey to the Said L.A. Crumpton her heirs and assigns
the following trac of Land to wit = The North one half
of Section (15) Fifteen of Township (10) Ten South of Range
(22) Twenty two east containing in all Three Hundred
and Twenty acres more or less Together with all priva
-leges and appurtances to the Said tract of land in
any wise belonging or appertaining To have and
to hold the above granted premises to the Said
L.A. Crumpton her heirs and assigns forever. I do
covenant with the Said L.A. Crumpton that I am
lawfully Seized of the Said lands and that they are

free from all incumbrances and that I have^good
right to convey them to the Said L.A. Crumpton
as aforesaid And that I will and my heirs executors
administrators Shall warrant and defend the
title of the same to the Said L.A. Crumpton her
