Know all men by these presents that I Mary E. Price
wife of the within named John W. Price for and in
consideration of one Dollar to me in hand paid
by Lavinia A. Crumpton at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents have released and
forever quit claimed unto the said Lavenia A.
Crumpton and unto her heirs and assigns all
manner of Dower and right and title of Dower
and other interest right or title what ever which
I the Said Mary E. Price now have might Should
or by right ought to have or claim of to in or out
of the within discribed premises with all the
appurtenances granted unto the said Lavenia
A. Crumpton and my part and parcel thereof
and I the Said Mary E. Price do hereby acknow
=ledge and declare that I have consented
to the sale of the above described premises
freely and voluntarily without fear and con
straint unto her the Said party of the Second
part In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this the 29th of September

Alachua County } of the Peace in and for the County
appeared Mary E. Price wife of the above mentioned
in the within Deed. John W. Price who being exam
ined by me separately and apart acknowledge that
She consented to the Sale of the above mentioned
trac or parcel of Land And that She did so
freely and voluntarily and She hereby desires
to relinquish all her Dower and right of Dower
in and to the land aforesaid to the party of
the Second part for the use and purpose
aforesaid to the party of the second part
