State of Georgia} This Indenture made this the first
Thomas County   } day of February in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred & Seventy five between
R.D. Bryant agt for his wife L.A. Bryant of the State & 
County above mentioned of the first part and L.A.
Crumpton Administration of Edmon Rain Dec of the Second
part  Witness that the said R.D. Bryant agt party of first
part for & in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
Dollars lawful money of the United States to him in
hand paid hath bargained & Sold and by these presents
doth grant and convey to L.A. Crumpton Admr of E. Rain
Dec the Said party of the Second part her heirs & assigns
forever all the certain piece or parcel of land lying &
being in the County of Alachua as follows to wit =
 The South East quarter of the South East quarter of Section thirty
three Township Seven South of Range twenty one East
and the West half of the north half of lot No Three qaur
=ter of Section thirty four in Township No Seven South
of Range No Twenty one East. In all containing on
hundred acres more or less together with all and Sin
=gular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
and all the Estate title and interest of the Said party of the
first part therein And the Said party of the first part doth
hereby covenant and agree with the Said party of the Second
part that at the time of the delivery hereof the Said party of
the first part is the lawful owner of the premises above
granted and Seized thereof in fee Simple absolute and
and that he will warrant and defend the above granted
premises in the quiet and peacable possession of the
Said party of the Second part her heirs & assigns forever
