the Execution of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold
relinquished renounced and forever release and by
these presents doth grant bargain Sell relinquish

Lavinia H. Crumpton Administrators of Edwin Rains
decd her heirs executors and assigns all her estate
title property Dower or right of Dower in and to the

Who join in this deed for the purposes of relinquish
=ing my dower to the premises hereafter described
& conveyed for and in consideration of the sum of
five hundred dollars to us paid by George F. Beattie
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and Sold and by these
presents do grant bargain and Sell to the Said
George F. Beattie all that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
