the Same being sixty feet front on the South Side of
the Court House Square and runing South one hundred
and ninty seven (197) feet deep To Have and to hold
the Said premises to the Said George F. Beattie his heirs
and assigns together with all our right title interest
claim and demand whatsoever in and to the said
premises and to all the appurtenances and improvements
appertaining thereto or being thereon In witness whereof

and for Said County Cynthia J. Waits Wife of Calvin
Waits who having been Examined by me Seperate and apart
from her Said husband acknowledged that her relinquishement 
of Dower in and to the premises described in the foregoing
deed of Calvin Waits & his wife to George F. Beattie dated
March 27th AD 1875 was made freely and voluntarily
and without compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband In Witness whereof
the Said Cynthia J. Waits hereunto sets her hand and
affixed her seal the 27th day of March AD 1873
