State of Florida} Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County  } James D. Matheson and James T. McMillan both
of the County and State aforesaid as Trustees for the creditors
of the Estate of John W. Anderson deceased for and in consid
=eration of the Sum of one hundred and fifty dollars
to us as Such Trustees in hand paid the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained sold
and conveyed; and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto D. Elwood McCuen of Said State
and County, the following described lands which we
hold for sale as Trustees for certain judgements cred
-itors of the Estate of Said John W. Anderson decd to wit=
All that certain piece parcel or tract of land sit
uated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida designated upon a map or
plat of the Leitner Lands as they are popularly known
as Lot No Fifty Eight (58) Said map or plat having been
drawn and made by W.C. Miller the same being situa
=ted in Lot or Section No Eight (8) of the Moses E. Levy
Grant as the same is subdivided and designated
upon the well Known maps of what is Known as the
Arredondo Grant made by Burr and Washington
containing Twenty one 5/10 acres of land more or less to
=gether with a part of what is Known as George's
Pond now covered with water To Have and to Hold
the same to him the Said D. Elwood McCuen his
heirs Executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple forever  In Witness whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and affixed our Seals
on this 17th day of June AD 1875

Alachua County  } being duly Sworn says that he saw James
D. Matheson and James T. McMillan as Trustees sign seal

that he together with T.E. Haile Jr signed the same as subscri
bing witnesses thereunto                     }
