74/100 acres ~249 74/100 acres ~ Also in the Town of Archer, county of
Alachua, Florida, Lot eight in block eighteen ~18~ as free platt of
said town, also one lot in the town of Gainesville, Florida, des-
cribed, as commencing at a stake distant from the south-east
corner of the lot in said town, Known as "Virdier's lot", twenty
feet, thence south, two hundred feet, thence west two hundred
feet, ten thence north two hundred feet, thence east two hun-
dred feet, to place of beginning, together with all the improve-
ments thereon levied upon and sold as aforesaid under and by
virtue of said execution, as the property of James Beattie, to
satisfy the same.
        To have and to hold the same to him the said George
F.K. Beattie, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in
fee simple forever, as fully as I, the said Louis A. Barnes as
Sheriff as aforesaid, under and by virtue of said execution, and the
paid levy and sale thereunder made might, could, or ought to
sell and convey the same.
