State of Florida} Know all men by these presents that we James D.
Alachua County  } Matheson and James T. McMillan as Trustees for cred
=itors of the Estate of John W. Anderson deceased for whom withhold title to
the lands hereafter conveyed for the purpose of making sales of
Same for and in consideration of the Sum of Three Hundred and
Eighteen dollars to us in hand paid by W.C. Miller of said State
and County the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained Sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, bargain, Sell and convey unto him the said W.C. Miller all
those certain Lots pieces parcel or tracts of land Situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
designated upon a map of platt of the lands in Said County and
State popularly Known as the Leitner Lands or Leitner Plantation
drawn and made by William C. Miller and now in the possession
of the grantors heirs as Lots or Section No. Forty four-Forty five-
the same being situated in Lot or Section No Eight of the Moses
E. Levy Grant as the same is subdivided and numbered on
the well Known maps of the Arridondo Grant drawn and
made by Burr and Washington containing Eighty acres of 
land and watter more or less  To Have and to Hold the same
to him the said W.C. Miller his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple forever
                           as such Trustees as aforesaid
In Witness where of we have^hereunto set our hands and
seals on this 17th day of June AD 1875

State of Florida} Before me personaly came M.F. Miller who being
Alachua County  } duly sworn says that he saw James D. Matheson
and James T. McMillan as Trustees sign seal and 
deliver the foregoing deed of conveyance for the use
and purpose as therein contained and expressed and that
he together with Thos E. Haile Jr signed the same as
Subscribing Witnesses thereunto   }
