in the State & County aforesaid did bargain Sell in April
eighteen hundred Seventy all my interest that I had in my
Fathers Real estate it consisting in two full sections of Land owned
by my Father John Sparkman at the time of his death my Share
being the one ninth part of the two full Sections in & for the consid
deration of Six hundred pounds of Long Cotton Paid to me in hand
By H.V. Massey have delivered to Said H.V. Massey all my write
title or claim in Said Estate Binding my self my heirs my
executors or Administrators to warant & defend the Same To Said
H.V. Massey his heirs assigns executors or Administrators forever ever
In testimony where off I have hereunto fixed hand and
