Alachua County  } came John Sparkman and Francis A.
Sparkman his wife who severally acknowledge that
they executed the within for the purpose therein Speci
=fied and the Said Francis A. Sparkman says after being
executed Separate and apart the Execution the within
without fear and voluntary without compulsion of her
husband the 15th day of March 1873

This Indenture made and entered into on this the Twenty
First day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and Seventy three, Between Joseph J. Jones
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the first part and Virginia E. Jones of the Same
County and State party of the Second part Witnesseth
That the Said party of the first part for and in
consideration of one Dollar to him in hand paid
Lawfull money of the United States by Said party
of the Second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged and also for and in consideration
of the love by the party of the first part Joseph J. Jones
to his Beloved wife Virginia E. Jones party of the Second
party has given granted aliened bargained sold
transfered conveyed and confirmed and dose by
these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
remise release convey and confirm unto my wife
Virginia E. Jones party of the second part her
heirs administrators and assigns forever the
following property to Wit 1st All of Section Six
Township Ten Range (18) Eighteen except the South
East quarter: 2nd Two Bay mares named Phillis and
Fannie one Black mare mule named Nellie and all the
growing crops from year to to year produced on Said lands
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and
described property to gather with all and Singular the
right and privalges immunities easements and appur
=tenances thereunto belong belonging or in any

wise appertaining^unto the Said belonging
or in any wise appertaining unto said party of
