of the Second part and her heirs administrators and assigns
as her absolute property in fee Simple forever and the Said Joseph
J. Jones party of the first part for himself and assigns and all
others claiming by through or under it dose covenant and gree
that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents
the said party of the first part is seized of a good and indefea
sible fee simple to the above property discribed within and
has good right to convey the same as it has been conveyed the
same as it has been conveyed the Same free and discharged
from all incumbrances and liens of any and every nature &
description and that the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns shall quietly and peacably and may at all
times hereafter have use or occupy posess and enjoy the within described
property against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the
same and that he will at any and all times make such
further covenants conveyances assurances at the expence of
the said party of the second part her heirs or assigns counsel in
Law may require
