Know all men by these presents that this Indenture
made and entered into this the 1st day of AD one thousand Eight
hundred and Seventy Five Between Joseph J.B. Holder party
of the first part and Corπ R. Holder party of the second part
both of the aforesaid State and County Witnesseth that the
Said Joseph J.B. Holder for and in consideration of the Sum
of $600.00 Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by
the Said Cornelius R. Holder The receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained and Sold and
by these presence doth grant bargain sell and convey
unto the Said C.R. Holder all his right title and interest
in and to a certain Frac lot or parcel of Lands lying and
being situated in the aforesaid State and County and
better Known and described in the plan and plot of Said
County as the North West quarter of the North West quarter
of Section twenty Five and the South west quarter of the
South west quarter of Section twenty Four all in Township
Eight South of Range Nineteen East containing eighty acres
To have and to hold the above sold premises together with all
and singular the right title interest herditaments and apper
tainences thereunto the said C.R. Holder his heirs executors
administrators or assigns fee simple and the said Joseph J.B.
Holder for himself his heirs executors administrators and assigns
will forever warrant and defend the above sold premises unto the
said Cornelious R. Holder his heirs executors administrators or
assigns against all claim or claims of any other person or
persons to the same In Testimony whereof the said Joseph

  Before me personaly came Elizabeth C. Holder
wife of J.J.B. Holder who being duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband acknowledges under her hand seal before
me that She Signed the foregoing Deed of conveyance for
             releasing
the purpose of^relinquishing her right of Dower in
the lands therein described and that She did
the same freely voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension
