State of Florida} Before me W.H. Belton Justice of
Alachua County } peace in & for Said County & State came Priscilla
McCall wife of Stephen McCall, who being examined
by me m separate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged under her hand & seal that this re-
linquishment & renunciation of Dower in the above de-
scribed Lot is made freely and voluntarily and with-
out any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband

Alachua County } that he saw the foregoing deed executed by Stephen McCall
and Priscilla McCall for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and
that he together with J.H. Roper signed the same as witnesses thereto

State of Florida} Before me R.E. Shivery, Justice of the Peace in and for the
Alachua County } County of Alachua State of Florida personally came Mrs. Priscilla
} McCall wife of Stephen McCall the grantor in the foregoing Deed of
Conveyance and the said Mrs. Priscilla McCall being by me separately
examined apart from her said husband did acknowledge under
her hand and seal that she relinquished & renounced and by
does relinquish & renounce all Dower & Right of Dower in and to the
lot or parcel of Land conveyed by her said husband to John B. Brooks
And that she makes this renunciation and relinquishment freely &
voluntarily & without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.
