State of Florida} This Indenture made this sixth day of July, 1875, between
Alachua County } Nathan Spencer of the first part & Wm H. Robertson of the
Second part, both of Said County & State: Witnesseth, that said
party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
one hundred and seventeen dollars and fifty cents, to him in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
bargained, sold conveyed and enfeoffed and by these presents
doth bargain sell convey and enfeoff, unto the said party of the
second part all that certain peice of land, situate in said
County and described as follows, to wit: Lots 3 and 4, com-
mencing at a stake numbered "3" in the South East corner
of Lot 3, (Voyle's Survey), North half of section six (6), Township
ten (10) S, Range twenty (20) East, running north 8.50 chains
west 11.85 chains, South 8.50 chains, East 11.85 chains to point of beginning
containing eleven and three quarter (11 3/4) acres, more or less, (and more
generally Known as parcel of the "Napier tract"), together with
all and Singular the rights, hereditaments, and appurtenances
thereunto belonging. To Have and to hold the said premises
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever. And Said party of the first part for himself his heirs
and his Executors and Administrators, will and doth by these presents
defend and warrant the title to said land, unto the said party of the
second part and his heirs and assigns against the claim or claims
of all persons whomsoever.
