Alachua County  } This Indenture made and Entered
into this Sixteenth day of March 1875 Eighteen hundred
and Seventy five between William Waits of the County
and State aforesaid of the first part and W.P.
Waits of the Second part.  Witnesseth That the Said
William Waits for and in consideration of the
Sum of four hundred and fifty dollars
to him in hand paid by the Said W.J. Waits
the Receipt whereof his hereby acknowledged
and delivered and by these presents doth
grant bargain Sell convey and deliver unto
the Said W.J. Waits his heirs and assigns all
of the following Described Lands or parcel
of Land Lying and being in Allachua
County State of Florida and Known as the north
East quarter of the north East quarter of Section 
twenty nine and the North west quarter of the North
west quarter of Section twenty Eight also a small
a small fraction part of the north west quarter
of the North East quarter of Section twenty nine
according to a line established by the parties
Traiding in Township ten Range twenty two to have
and to hold the above described Lands together
with all the rights and appurtenances thereunto
belonging to him the said W.J. Waits his heirs
and assigns forever in fee simple and the Said
William Waits for himself his heirs Executors
and administrators will forever warrant
and defend the right and title thereunto
against the claims of all persons Whatsoever
in testimony whereof the said William Waits
has hereunto set his hand and affixed
