State of Georgia} This Indenture made the Twelfth (12) day
Fulton County   } of July in the year one thousand
eight hundred & Seventy five between Charles B.
Austin of the County of Fulton State of Georgia of
the first part and Thomas H. Astain and Charles
Ellis Copartners doing business in the City of Savannah
State of Georgia under the firm name of Austine
& Ellis of the second part Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum
of one Dollar lawful money of the United States of
America to him in hand paid at and before the 
ensealing and delivery of these presents by the Said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
remised released and quit claim and by these presents
dose remise release and quit claim unto the said party
of the second part and to their heirs and assigns forever
all his right title and interest acquired by him as
as formerly a partner in said firm of Austin & Ellis
of in and to all that certain trac or parcel of Land Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of 
Florida and Known and designated as E 1/2 of SW and
W 1/2 of SE quarter of section 34 also E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of section
27 also W 1/2 of NW 1/4 of Section 26 also NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 and
SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 and W 1/2 of E 1/2 of NE 1/4 of Section 34
also E 1/2 of SW 1/4 Section 34 all in Township Seven(7) Range
Eighteen (18) South and East containing five hundred
and twenty acres more or less Together with all and
singular the Edifices buildings right members and
appurtenances unto the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining and all the estate right title interest
