     This Indenture made the thirteenth day of April in the year
     of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
     five, Between Henry G. Marquand of the City County
     & State of New York party of the first part and
     Henry S. Sanford party of the second part
      Witness That the said party of the first part in con
     sideration of the Sum of one hundred Dollars ($100)
