and twenty six and twenty seven in Township

ten and range nineteen excepting the south
east quarter containing Four hundred and

the Sections the dower of the wife of the said
Marquand in the aforesaid lots being released
by a general release made to A.G. Roberts and others
by an instrument dated March 25 1855 and
