Alachua County  } This Indenture made the 15th day of July AD 1875
between Fannie W. Campbell and Robert W. Campbell of the first part
and Charles S. Hardee assignee of Colding & Turner Bankrupts of
Chatham County Georgia of the second part Witnesseth; That for
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of one Hundred and Eighty two ($182.00) Dollars to them in hand
paid by the parties of the second part at or before the sealing and de-
livery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained, sold aliened remised and confirmed and by these
presents doth grant bargain sell alien remise release and confirm
unto the party of the second part & to his heirs & assigns & his suc-
cessors in office all that parcel of land containing ten acres more
or less situated lying & being in the North west corner of south west
quarter of south west quarter of section Twelve Township Eight Range
Twenty one South & East - Together with all & singular the Houses
out houses Edifices buildings stables, yards, gardens, liberties privileges, ease-
ments commodities, emoluments, hereditaments, rights members and
appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise apper-
taining And the reversions & remainders, rents, issues & profits And
all the Estate right title interest property possession claim and demand
