in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and Known and discribed as follows, the
South West quarter of the South West quarter of
section thirty Township nine Range twenty
south and East containing forty acres more
or less, To have and to hold unto him the Said
George Washington party of the second part
his heirs and assigns in fee simple forev
forever - And I the said William K. Cessna
for myself my heirs executors and adminis
=trators do hereby convenant and agree to and
with the Said George Washington that I am
lawfully Seized in fee Simple of the above dis
-cribbed lands and premises that the same are
free from all encumbrances and that I have good
right to sell and convey the same and that
I will forever warrant and defend the title
to the before discribed premises to him the party
of the second part and to his heirs and assig
=ns against the claims of all persons

Julia Cessna Wife of William K. Cessna the
grantor in the foregoing Deed of conveyance
and the said Julia Cessna being by me duly
questioned and Examined separate and apart
       said 
from her^husband William K. Cessna acknow
ledged to me that she renounces and relinquish
=hes all right & claim or interest of Dow in and
to the lands and premises discribed in the
foregoing Deed and that this relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower is made freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
