I William K. Cessna of Alachua County Florida for and
in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty
                     duly
Dollars to me in hand^paid by George Washington
of the same State and County the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged I have this day granted
bargained sold and conveyed aliened released
and confirmed unto the said George Washington
and to his heirs and assigns forever all that certain
tract or parcel of land situated in Alachua County
Florida & particularly described as follows to wit: SW 1/4 of Sect
30 Township 9 Range 20 E. containing forty acres more or less
to have & to hold the above granted and described lands to-
gether with all and singular the tenements hereditaments thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said George Wash-
ington his heirs and assigns forever - In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 5 day of March AD 1875
