freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion con-
straint apprehension or fear of or from her said hus-

ecutors and administrators doth hereby covenent and agree
to & with the said party of the second part that the said
party of the first part at the time of the sealing and de-
livery hereof is lawfully seized in fee simple of the
aforementioned land and premises; that the same are free
and clear discharged of all encumbrances and that the said
party of the first part will and his heirs administrators and
executors shall the title to the said land & premises forever
warrant and defend against the claims & demands of all
persons whomsoever. In testimony whereof the said W.K.
Cessna has hereunto set his hand & seal this 5th day of
March AD 1875
