This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of March Anno
Domini Eighteen Hundred and Seventy five between
Sallie C. Williams of the County of Darlington and State
of South Carolina party of the first part and Philip B.
H. Dudley and James W. Williams doing business under
the firm name of Dudley & Co of the Town of Archer Coun
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the
second part, Witnesseth
  That the said party of the first part for and in
concideration of Fifty Dollars to her in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt where
=of is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened
bargained sell transfer and convey unto the said
parties of the second part and their heirs and assigns
forever all that certain Lot Tract or Parcel of Land
situated lying and being in the Town of Archer
County of Alachua and State of Florida and Known
and described on the official plat of Said Town as
Fractional Lot number Three (3) in Block number
Seven (7) Together with all and Singular the tenemen
=ts hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto said parties of the second part and their heirs
and assigns as their absolute property in fee simple
forever  And the said party of the first part for herself
and for all others claiming by through or under her
doth covenant and agree that She is seized of a fee
Simple to the above premises by deed from James
T. Souther and John McRae Trustees appointed by Florida
Rail Road Company bearing date Twenty fifth day of
June in the year of our Lord one thousand and
Eight hundred and Sixty seven = and that She has 
conveyed the same free and discharged from all
encumbrances and liens of any an every nature
and discription by her and that the said parties of
the second part their heirs and assigns Shall quietly 
and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or
under said party of the first part  In testimony whereof
The said party of the first part has hereunto affixed her
hand and seal this the day and year above written
