State of Florida} This Indenture made this Twenty
Alachua County  } third day of June anno Domini
Eighteen Hundred and seventy five between Mary Amelia
McMillan of Alachua County State of Florida of the one part
and William C. Miller of Alachua County State of Florida
of the other part Witnesseth That the said Mary Amelia
McMillan for and in consideration of the sum of Four
Hundred Dollars in hand paid the receipt of which 
is hereby acknowledged has sold granted released
aliened and confirmed and by these presents dose
sell grant alien release and confirm unto the said
William C. Miller her heirs and assigns all that piece
parcel or tract of land situated lying and being in
Alachua County State of Florida and discribed
as follows to wit = Lot Number seven (7) in north west
quarter of section Five (5) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty
(20) East containing Ten acres less Fifteen Feet on each
side to be left as a street together with the privileges 
and all things appertaining thereunto and all the 
estate right title and interest of her the said
Mary Amelia McMillan in and thereto
To have and to hold the said land and all the
appurtenances thereof to him the said Wm C. Miller
his heirs and assigns to him and their proper use
and behoof forever

my hand and seal this twenty third day of June AD 1875
