      State of Florida} Know all men by these presents that I
      Alachua County  } William C. Miller for and in consideration
      of the sum of Three Hundred and Eighteen Dollars to me
      in hand paid by Mary Amelia McMillan of Said
      State and County the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
      have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
      presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the Said
      Mary Amilia McMillan all those certain lots pieces parcels
      or tract of land situated lying and being in the County 
      of Alachua in the State of Florida designated upon a
      map or plat of the lands in said County and State prop
      perty Known as the Lietner Lands or Leitner Plantation
      drawn and made by William C. Miller and now in the
      possession of Matheson P. McMillan Trustee for creditors
      of the Est of John W. Anderson deceased as Lots or Sections
      Nos Forty four (44) and Forty five 45 the same being Situa
      =ted in lot or section number Eight (8) of the Moses E. Levy
      Grant as the same is subdivided and numbered on
      the well Known maps of the Arrodondo Grant drawn and
      made by Burr and Washington containing Eighty acres of
      land and watter more or less  To have and hold the same to
      her the said Mary Amilia McMillan her heirs executors
      administrators and assigns in fee simple forever
      In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
      Seal on this the Twenty eighth day of June AD 1875
