the receipt whereof I^hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said John R. Bevill the following described
property belonging to said Estate of James B.
Bailey deceased by virtue of said orders to Wit=
A certain piece parcel or tract of Land lying being
and situated in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and Adjacent to the Town of Gainesville
commencing at the North west corner of a lot in
said Town of Gainesville now owned by Said
John R. Bevill which said lot lies immediately
on the north side of the Florida Rail Road from
said corner running west Four hundred and
twenty feet then south one thousand and fifty
feet then East Four hundred and twenty feet
thence North one thousand and fifty feet to place
of beginning containing in all Ten acres more
or less To have and to Hold the same to him
the said John R. Bevill his heirs Executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple forever
               In Witness whereof I the said Cosmo
               O. Bailey as Administrator as afore
               =said have hereunto set my hand and
               affixed my seal this Ninth day of March
