This Indenture made the 7th day of June Anno Domini
Eighteen Hundred & seventy five between Donald McRae of the
City of Wilmington County of New Hanover & State of North
Carolina party of the first part and Frank G. Bauknight and
Charles W. Bauknight comprising the firm of Bauknight &
Bauknight of the town of Archer County of Alachua & State
of Florida, parties of the second part Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the
One Hundred & fifty Dollars paid by the parties of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
given granted aliened bargained sold transferred and do by
these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and con
vey unto the said parties of the second part their heirs & assigns
forever all those certain Lots, tracts or parcels of land situated
lying & being in the town of Archer County of Alachua & State of
Florida & known & described on the Official plat of said
Town as Lots No. two & three in Block No six said Lots being
thirty three & one third feet wide by seventy five feet Deep
& together forms sixty six feet & eight inches on Dudley Street
which bounds them on the South East and from thence run-
ning back seventy five feet to Young Street which bounds
them on the North West. Together with all & singular the ten
ements hereditaments & appurtenances thereunto belonging & also all the
Estate right title interest property claim & demand whatsoever as
well in law as in equity of the said party of the first part of in and
to the same with the appurtenances - To have & to hold the above
described premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto
the said parties of the second part & their heirs & assigns as
their absolute property in fee simple forever. And the said
party of the first part for himself & all others claiming by through or
under him doth covenant & agree that he is seized of a fee sim
ple of the said premises by Deed from Trustees of the Florida Rail
Road Company bearing date June 12th 1869 & that he hath
conveyed the same free of all encumbrances of every nature cre
ated by him & that the parties of the second part their heirs & assigns
shall quietly & peaceably enjoy the above described premises against
the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever claiming by through or under
the said party of the first part In testimony whereof the party of the
second part hath hereunto affixed his hand & seal this the day and
