John R.W. Grissom her husband Carolina E. Tillman and
William D. Tillman her husband George A. Zetrouer Albert
T. Zetrouer and Charlotte K. Zetrouer his wife Margrat
L. Pardue and James S. Pardue her husband John R.
Zetrouer Minnie Zetrouer his wife Louisana E. Hill
and L.L. Hill her husband Daniel M. Zetrouer
Solomon O. Zetrouer and Minnie F. Zetrouer his
wife Josephine Dickison and William Dickison
her husband and Thomas W. Zetrouer and Martha
Zetrouer his wife heirs and devisees of the Estate of
John R. Zetrouer deceased parties of the first part
and James C. Zetrouer party of the Second part all

Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part as
