by the said party of the second part the receipt wher
=eof is hereby acknowledged have give granted bar
=gained sold and conveyed unto the said party of
the second part all their right claim title property
and interest (as such heirs and devisees) in and 
to the real estate of the said John R. Zetrouer lately
deceased and described as follows = Viz Lot fourteen
(14) in NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of sect five (5) Township ten (10)
Tange twenty (20) in Browns addition to the town
of Gainesville together with and singular the
belonging thereunto appertaining to have and to hold
the said property (described as above) in fee simple
forever And the said parties of the first part further
convenant and agree to forever protect and defend
the said party of the second part in his possession
and title in and to the said discribed premises
against all advances claims and title of What
ever nature and they by these presents bind their
heirs executors administrators or assigns so to
do as fully and perfectly as law and equity shall
reign  In witness where of they have the said
