W. Zetrouer and Martha Zetrouer his wife as
heirs and devisees of John R. Zetrouer lately deceased
parties of the first oart and Daniel M. Zetrouer
party of the second part all of Alachua County
and State aforesaid
Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the thirteen hundred and
and thirty ($1330) dollars to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have given
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do give grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said party of the second part
all their right title property interest and claim
in and to the real estate of the said John R.
Zetrouer lately deceased and discribed as
follows viz = North side of Section thirty (30)
Township ten (10) Range twenty one (21) South
and East containing three hundred and fifty
four acres together with all and singular
the appurtenances and belonging thereunto
appertaining to have and to hold the said
discribed property in fee simple forever
And the said parties of the first part further
covenant and agree to forever protect and
defend the said party of the second part in his pos
session and title in and to the said discribed
premises against all advances claims & titles
of what ever nature and by these presents they
bind their heirs executors administrators or 
assigns so to do as fully and properly as the
law and equity shall require In testimony
whereof they the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and affixed
their seals this the day and year first above
